Description: You will be the Production Assembler - Chattahoochee Tech Training Program for the team which is responsible for assembling fabricated and purchased parts into detail structural and mechanical assemblies. What You Will Be Doing As the Production Assembler - Chattahoochee Tech Training Program, you will be responsible for assembling parts into detail assemblies where all locating information is established by tooling. Your responsibilities will include: Pressing in bushings or bearings, jig drilling and riveting splines or clevises to shafts, torque tubes, or push-pull rods Trimming, fitting, and burring detail parts such as stringers, minor spars, ribs, stiffeners, brackets, and clips prior to assembly Installing parts such as plate nuts, gang nuts, brackets, fittings, and gussets Assembling and temporarily fastening detail parts together in predetermined sequence for subsequent joining operations such as spot welding, riveting, or bolting...
