Standard Job Description Functionally tests, retests, evaluates, and verifies the performance of electrical, electronic,electro-optical, and electro-mechanical assemblies in accordance with established test procedures. Works from written data, such as, engineering specification, established test procedures, drawings, and schematics. Configures and operates test equipment. Utilizes tooling required to test, align, adjust, evaluate, and verify conformance of electrical, electronic, electro-optical, electro-mechanical assemblies to verify conformance to engineering requirements in accordance with established test procedures. Accepts and rejects hardware and creates acceptance and rejection documentation. Performs troubleshooting, including component level of production assemblies requiring ingenuity and the application of electrical principles. Plans work independently.
