Description: You will be an Aircraft Electrician I for our Special Operations Forces Global Logistic Support Services (SOF GLSS) team, based in Crestview, FL. Our team is responsible for modifying military aircraft and ground vehicles to meet the evolving operational needs of the SOF community. What You Will Be Doing As an Aircraft Electrician I, you will be responsible for: • Install, route, terminate, and test electrical cables and harnesses on C-130J aircraft. • Remove and install aircraft components as required. • Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints such as electrical wiring diagrams, routing drawings, and harness assembly drawings. • Read and interpret manufacturers' maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of install/modification. • Use and apply hand tools, power tools, work stands, support equipment, and special tools/calibrated test equipment. • Comprehend documents such as safety...
