Description: This position is for a Mid-level Technician whose primary assignment will consist of engineering hardware fabrication support, troubleshooting, testing and laboratory operations responsibility. Some climbing on ladders may be required as well as lifting up to 25 pounds, pushing and pulling of electronic equipment on carts, and working on test stations. These responsibilities will include fabrication of harnesses, electronic/electrical chassis and subassembly panels, mechanical rack fabrication, and various modifications to mechanical racks and electronic test stations using development engineering drawings. Ability to visualize and build electronic racks with minimal defects and little to no supervision. Candidate must be capable of working independently and in a team environment and discussing technical issues with Build Lead.
