Description SAIC is seeking a Junior Field Technician to support our Department of Energy client. Primary duties will include: Communicating effectively and professionally with customers, organizational IT Points of Contact, management, coworkers, via email, MS Teams chat, phone calls Working with customers and IT Points of Contact to determine technical requirements for laptop, desktop, and/or thin client refresh replacements Imaging/configuring end-user workstation hardware - laptop, desktop, thin client Updating asset assignment and/or location in DOE's personalized Service Now instance (aka DAYS) Following checklist to ensure all required software installed correctly during imaging Submitting supplemental Service Now tickets as needed to support refresh customers Qualifications Education and Experience Requirements: High School and three (3) years or more related experience Must be a US Citizen Experience installing, replacing, troubleshooting...
