Position: RMA & After Sales Representative Job Description: About the Role We are looking for an RMA & After Sales Representative to join our EMEA RMA & After Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer post-shipment and quality-related claims, product returns, and after-sales inquiries. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure returns are processed efficiently and customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
