Description General Position Execution Expectations: Use established instructional design principles to design and develop instructional content for both instructor-led and interactive multi-media web-based training. Responsibilities may include job task analysis, establishing clearly defined learning outcomes and performance objectives, developing lesson plans, storyboards and instructional video scripts as well as assessment items.
