Description: This position is for a Mid-level Technician whose primary assignment will consist of engineering hardware fabrication support, troubleshooting, testing and laboratory operations responsibility, particularly in the area of military fiber optics. Performing Fiber Optic terminations and Fiber Optic repair is the primary job role. Candidate must be able to travel and be able to work on or around military aircraft. The ability to learn and operate fiber optic termination equipment and fiber optic test equipment. Some climbing on ladders may be required as well as lifting up to 25 pounds, pushing and pulling electronic equipment on carts, and working on test stations.
