Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Field Engineer in Portsmouth, VA . Job Duties: Build and test hardware and software for Windows and Nutanix based systems. Patching for computer and network devices. PITCO testing and setup of hardware. Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications. Troubleshoot serial connections. Troubleshoot network connectivity. Troubleshoot RF and time systems. Log and respond to site tickets. Troubleshoot legacy hardware and repair units for system sustainment. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Acts as local on-site representative to customer organization. Participates in site system integrations.
