Description: The Electrical Capability - Project Engineer working in supply chain is the technical authority for evaluating, selecting, and developing external electrical component suppliers that produce Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), Printed Wire Boards (PWBs), and cable/wire harnesses. The role blends deep electrical manufacturing expertise with strong business acumen to translate capability data into strategic sourcing decisions that drive cost reduction, risk mitigation, and program competitiveness.
