Description: You will be the Mechanical Engineer Sr for the Simulation and Systems Labs (SSL) team which is responsible for designing and delivering advanced simulation hardware lab environments. What You Will Be Doing As the Mechanical Engineer Sr you will be responsible for leading the mechanical design effort that enables realistic flight‑simulation testing. Your responsibilities will include: Lead mechanical 3D modeling and 2D drawing development for simulation hardware labs. Coordinate procurement, vendor engagement, and fabrication liaison for lab infrastructure. Oversee installation, checkout, and integration of HITL avionics and simulation equipment. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience.   CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: : Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred, but must be obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
