Description: WHAT WE’RE DOING Sikorsky Innovations Special Programs is seeking a highly motivated Radar Cross Section Analyst to support the development of low observable technologies for advanced aerospace and defense platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong electromagnetic (EM) fundamentals with hands on experience in RCS modeling, simulation, and test validation. THE WORK As a key member of our Radar team, you will: • Conduct Electromagnetic Modeling & Simulations. • Develop and execute RCS predictions using CEM tools (e.g., Xpatch, Sentri, Ansys HFSS, In-house Method of Moments codes). • Generate and maintain detailed CAD/geometry models for analysis. • Conduct Data Reduction & Test Support. • Process and interpret measured/predicted RCS data; compare against design goals and iteratively improve the technical solution. • Coordinate test planning, execution, and post test analysis for range and laboratory measurements. • Design Low Observable...
