Description: You will be the RF Engineering Associate Manager - F16 Radar for the IFG F-16 Radar team which is responsible for advancing radar capabilities on the F‑16 platform. What You Will Be Doing As the RF Engineering Associate Manager - F16 Radar you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing engineering team to deliver cutting‑edge radar subsystems that enable superior mission outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Lead the research, design, development, integration, testing, production, and sustainment of Radar subsystems for F‑16 aircraft. Drive effective project, problem‑resolution, and risk‑management practices. Translate customer needs into system and subsystem requirements and develop statements of work.
