Description SAIC is seeking a H ardware Engineer with expertise in fiber optics f or shipboard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems. This program will be part of a transformative venture, driving the future of next generation afloat mission effectiveness through the integration ofcutting-edge commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) systemsand network technologies using fiber-optic infrastructure. Job Duties: Develop, update and maintain engineering documents Stage 4 and 5 test procedures for integrated C5ISR and COTS systems. Interface control documents, cable block diagram, fiber optic cable topology, and wiring diagrams specific to fiber optic cables, connectors and back shells.
