Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support and assist Site Leadership of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Information Operations (UAVIO) program Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC-Pac), Naval Base Point Loma, by supporting RF payload integration, edge computing, configuration management and technical writing. Core engineering duties : RF integrated circuits/systems & Payload Integration: Hands-on integration of RF systems, software-defined radios (SDRs), antennas, and computing nodes onto unmanned systems (air and surface). Hardware architecture design and development of electronic/RF assemblies SWaP Analysis & Power: Assess and manage Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP) constraints, power distribution, and data routing for small form-factor tactical payloads.
