ECS is seeking an experienced Aviation Safety Program Manager to work onsite in our Silver Spring, MD office. The Aviation Safety Program Manager (ASPM) supports NOAA's Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) - Safety and Environmental Compliance Division (SECD) by planning, implementing, and coordinating the Aviation Safety Program. This role ensures compliance with federal aviation regulations, promotes a culture of aviation safety, and provides expert leadership across NOAA's diverse aviation operations, including manned and unmanned systems. The ASPM will manage policies, projects, and safety programs while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external federal and military aviation partners.
