Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Power and Energy Systems Engineer to support battery integration efforts for Expeditionary Energy Systems in Crane, IN . JOB RESPONSIBILITES: Creating System Qualification Test Plans, Performance Test Plans, Safety/Hazard Characterization Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports. Execute (or oversee a team to execute) the tests at NSWC Crane and Expeditionary Battery fielded system locations and battery vendor sites. Conduct Field Integration and Operational Check-out through Initial Operating Capability, perform periodic Field Maintenance on large batteries. Perform Reliability Analyses and Safety Engineering processes on systems.
