Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for our customer site in North Charleston, SC . Roles/Responsibilities: (include, but are not limited to) Develop a modular, power distribution architecture for distributed maritime sensors Integrate voltage-level negotiation for subsystems (similar to that of USB-C PD) Incorporate renewable energy solutions such as wave harnessing, solar, peltier into a system architecture for improved persistence Perform power budget analysis to inform power system and support sensing, communication, and edge processing operations of complex systems Develop designs for signal/power PCBs using best practices for trace routing, thermal management, signal isolation, and grounding Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years of experience Relevant Background/Experience: Development of DC power distribution architectures Experience programming...
