Description: The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Development & Industrialization for PAC-3 and Future Interceptor is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of the future supply base supporting next-generation interceptor programs, obsolescence redesigns, and second-source qualification initiatives. This role bridges Engineering, Supply Chain, Programs, and the Industrial Base organization to ensure that future products are designed for affordability, manufacturability, scalability, and supply chain resiliency from concept through production readiness. The role also leads supplier engagement for design optimization, cost reduction, and manufacturing readiness, ensuring suppliers are capable of meeting long-term production rate, cost, and performance requirements.
