Description: You will be a Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in tooling acquisition and installation for our Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) program. Our team is responsible for designing and improving manufacturing processes to make production more reliable, efficient, and cost-effective, and providing engineering support to the production floor. What You Will Be Doing • Development of tooling and equipment designs from engineering hardware specifications and culminating in complete technical data packages fully defining the tooling / equipment and allowing fabrication of detailed components and assembly of the end item. • Design / documentation efforts to be accomplished IAW company standards utilizing CREO / SolidWorks. • Develop Statement-of-Work (SOW) documents to fully realize manufacturing requirements. • Oversee design reviews at all stages of tooling development (PDR, CDR, and FDR). • Manage tooling installations while adhering to defined project timelines. •...
