Description: Payload Launch Site Support Services (PLSSS) provides all launch processing support functions for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Office of Space Launch (OSL) at Vandenberg, SFB and Cape Canaveral, SFS. PLSSS provides capabilities for satellite transportation, propellant loading operations, and radio frequency detection, plus operation and sustainment of satellite processing and other support facilities.
