Description: This Quality Engineer will report to the Fabrication Quality manager. The selected candidate will join the Fort Worth Fabrication Quality Team, and will support various programs in the Aeronautics portfolio. Using quality engineering techniques, the candidate will focus on root cause analyses and process improvement of assigned area(s) to improve quality yield. The selected Quality Engineer will be a liaison between Quality Engineering, Production Operations, Fabrication, Production Control, Supplier Quality, and various other engineering departments. The Quality Engineer will use data to improve quality output for the assigned area. This Quality Engineer will author First Article Inspection Reports using engineering drawings and pertinent technical data.
