Description: The POC selected for this role will assist with various Proposal Improvements across Aeronautics in support of ADP, AMMM, F35, and IFG. The Proposal Improvements lead will assist with the implementation of various corporate and Aero proposal initiatives, ensuring programs and teams have a standard approach to proposal development defining a sound basis for execution of an effort across technical and non-technical teams. Description: What You Will Be Doing This position is required to execute the sustainment of Shop Floor Manager (SFM), as well as support the execution of the next generation of Manufacturing Systems from time to time. Candidates must be able to investigate and gather information concerning the technical capabilities of production operations systems and stay abreast of developments in software that may be used to improve existing fabrication and assembly processes. This position will require excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze customer problems, create solutions to Service Central tickets, participate in AERO MES Program Increment Planning cycles, and maintain critical test scripts within HP Quality Center.
