Description: You will be the Welding Subject Matter Expert for the Multi Function Capability (MFC) Engineering Team. Our team drives the design, development, and production of advanced hardware at both the Dallas and Orlando sites, ensuring weld quality, reliability, and manufacturability across a portfolio of critical programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Welding SME you will be the go to authority for all welding related technical challenges. You’ll partner with design, tooling, automation, and manufacturing engineers to embed robust welding solutions early in the product lifecycle, while also supporting investigations, audits, and qualification campaigns that keep our programs on schedule and on budget.
