Description: You will be the Engineering & Technology (E&T) Manager – Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Inc 2. Our team drives the design, release, and production of critical missile subsystems – from Control Actuation to Sensor Assemblies – using Digital Product Lifecycle Management (dPLM) to deliver fabrication and procurement packages for Increment 2 development. What You Will Be Doing As the E&T Manager you will lead a multi disciplinary engineering group, provide technical oversight for hardware configuration drawings, Bill of Materials, and engineering release (ER) packages, and act as the technical conscience for the PrSM program. You’ll mentor staff, manage risk, collaborate with supply chain partners, and support the Chief Engineer in meeting schedule, budget, and performance goals.
