Description: The Sustainment Employees Advanced Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed for high potential candidates who aspire to take on future Sustainment related leadership positions. SEAD will consist of 3 one-year rotations in RMS Global Sustainment disciplines such as Sustainment Operations, Information Systems & Innovation, Supply Chain Management & Depot Operations, Field Sustainment, Courseware & Training and Technical Publications. Participants will also gain exposure to Program Integration skillsets, including Project Management, Proposal Management, Customer Interface, Earned Value, Subcontract Managements and Quality.
