Description: Test Engineering Lab Manager with oversight of the staff, equipment and facilities of the Denver Electromagnetics Lab. These labs include the EMI chambers and Near Field Scanner housed within SSB, Compact Test Range at ARL, Anechoic chambers at GPF and Gateway, as well as the Antenna Test Range. Test articles include spacecraft, spacecraft subsystems, missiles, and associated components. This position involves a mix of personnel oversight, ongoing equipment maintenance, repair and modernization, and mentoring of new staff on the test engineering process and equipment usage. The Electromagnetics Lab consists of a staff of ~7 test engineers and technicians and the position will require management of staff training and certifications as well as fostering employee development.
