Description: The Sustainment Employees Advanced Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed for high potential candidates who aspire to take on future Sustainment related leadership positions. SEAD will consist of 3 one-year rotations in RMS Global Sustainment disciplines such as Sustainment Operations, Information Systems & Innovation, Supply Chain Management & Depot Operations, Field Sustainment, Courseware & Training and Technical Publications. Participants will also gain exposure to Program Integration skillsets, including Project Management, Proposal Management, Customer Interface, Earned Value, Subcontract Managements and Quality. A cross functional business capstone project will be completed by the 3rd year. Participants will also have tremendous opportunities for team leadership training, networking, mentorship, and volunteering.
