Overview We are seeking a Mesh Hardware Engineering  Lead  to provide technical leadership for LMI's next generation of connected hardware platforms. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, guiding the architecture, development, integration, and delivery of mission-ready hardware solutions supporting Department of Defense modernization efforts.     As the technical lead for the Mesh engineering team, you will oversee the development of LMI's Mesh hardware platform, including asset tags, gateways, sensors, wearable devices, and edge computing systems. Working across electrical engineering, embedded firmware, RF, mechanical design, manufacturing, and cloud engineering disciplines, you will drive technical execution from concept through production while mentoring engineers, establishing engineering best practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative products.     This is a primarily remote role...

Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.     CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
