Description: Role Overview As a Staff System Integration/Test Engineer on the Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) program, you will help design and execute tests that ensure missile defense systems perform reliably. Your work will directly support the integration of advanced technologies and the development of solutions that protect people and nations from emerging missile threats. Key Duties / Responsibilities • Support subcontractors in developing compliant test plans, procedures, and reports. • Lead working groups and collaborate with customer representatives and Lockheed Martin subject matter experts across disciplines within NGI. • Contribute to major program reviews at the unit, subsystem, and vehicle level, including QRB, CDR, and TRR. • Mentor junior engineers in environmental testing principles. • Translate customer requirements into practical system test solutions while considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
