ECS is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Documentation Specialist to work in our Norman, OK office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding. This position provides support for the installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for USPS automation equipment. Additionally, this role trains employees, and identifies, analyses, counsels on, and guides, the repairs of USPS automation equipment failures. This role also develops procedures and processes to prevent potential future equipment failures and issues, and develops life cycle support documentation, to include maintenance and safety procedures based on engineering, vendor, and COTS information.
