Description: This individual shall manage a subset of the stress organization, spanning multiple lines of business and sites. They will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Additionally they will support Production, manufacturing, Engineering Signoff, Report generation, document review, and/or Customer sustainment initiatives by leveraging subject matter expertise within the stress discipline.
