Description: Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in Ocala, FL is seeking a Quality Analyst Level 3 to support the Quality Engineering organization. This position plays a key role in supporting the site’s Quality Management System through data analytics, performance metrics, and corrective action governance reporting. The selected candidate will work closely with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program leadership to develop and maintain quality dashboards, analyze performance trends, and support corrective action initiatives. This role requires strong analytical capability and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that enable leadership to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
