Description: What You Will Be Doing The Manufacturing Engineer Level 2 (ME2) is responsible for providing planning support to all shifts, identifying and resolving planning issues, and developing and implementing training aids to increase the competency of the planning team. The ME2 will work closely with planning Associate Managers, and planners to understand their concerns, provide guidance and support, and ensure compliance with planning policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning Support: • Engage with planners across multiple shifts to understand their individual constraints and planning learning issues. • Identify and resolve planning issues on a daily basis, and implement learning to the lab when training planners. 2. Training and Development: • Create individualized training sessions with planners to increase their competency. • Maintain, improve, and deploy the training plan for new planners, including on-going training and on-boarding processes. 3....
