Description: You will be the Mechanical Design Engineer for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Program. Our team designs and builds the next generation of kinetic strike missiles, turning innovative concepts into flight ready hardware. We partner with suppliers, production planners, and global supply chain partners to deliver high performance, reliable systems at a fast production rate. As the Mechanical Design Engineer you will drive the end to end mechanical development of PrSM components. You’ll create 3D models, release production ready drawings and BOMs, and act as the liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Your work will directly support missile and pod integration activities at our Camden, AR facility and help resolve tough design challenges with creative, data driven solutions.
