Description JOB DESCRIPTION : SAIC is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams and projects related to the design, manufacture, and sustainment of US military equipment and systems and other related systems in support of its Indianapolis facility. This position will be a hybrid role with approximately (1-4 days per week onsite) at our Indianapolis, IN facility. JOB DUTIES : May work with teams developing, producing, and sustaining radar and related RF systems, electronic warfare systems, communications equipment and systems, acoustic systems, electro-optic systems, weapon system launch and control systems, test equipment, and other military equipment. Candidate is expected to have mastery in the use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques for designing mechanical constructs.
