Description SAIC is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Associate to join in and support our team in Panama City Beach Florida. You will be working in a dynamic environment at our Holley Engineering and Integration Center. You will be supporting multiple Navy projects of various scales. You will hone your teamwork skills and gain engineering experience rapidly. As an engineering team member, you will: Develop and maintain drawings and technical documents around specific systems. This will require the direction of drafters and technical writers. Capture design requirements using MBSE principles Understand and use military and/or commercial specifications in development of drawings as well as understand mechanical stress/strain and how forces acting on parts produce stress/strain.
