ECS is seeking a Naval Architecture and Signatures Test/Evaluation (T&E) Engineer (TS/SCI) to support client work based at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) in Washington, DC and conducted in multiple CONUS locations. Planning and execution of ship signature and survivability projects in various classification environments. Provide subject matter expertise in ship signature technology, monitor project technical execution, identify technical risk, develop risk mitigation strategies, and provide programmatic and technical recommendations. Conduct engineering studies and analysis in ship signature technologies regarding ship design, prototypes, build, and sustainment.
