Overview
LMI is seeking an experienced Section 508 Compliance Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) enterprise contact center technology training initiative. This is a remote position responsible for ensuring that all training products and project deliverables provided to VA are designed, developed, tested, remediated, and delivered in accordance with applicable Section 508 accessibility requirements. The Section 508 Compliance Specialist will work across the entire curriculum development and training production team, including curriculum designers, curriculum writers/editors, multimedia developers, instructional designers, technical SMEs, and training operations personnel.
