Description SAIC is seeking a Technical Writer/Editor for the Joint Expeditionary Command and Control (JEXC2) program in Panama City Beach, FL. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required preferably in graphics, art, computer graphics, illustration or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or  Master's degree with 3 minimum years of relevant experience.   CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
