The Operations Director oversees operational performance across their assigned portfolio, including administrative, contractual, and financial stewardship. This leader manages Program Managers, Task Leads, and other staff members, ensuring high‑quality operational standards while maximizing customer satisfaction and strengthening employee engagement.
