Description The PMO Operations Manager serves as a key leadership role within the Program Management Office (PMO) supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide IT support services contracts. Reporting directly to the PMO Director, the PMO Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of the program - driving day-to-day PMO execution, coordinating across all functional leads, task orders, and Government stakeholders, and enabling the Program Directors/Managers to focus on strategic direction, executive engagement, and modernization priorities. This individual is instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, staffing alignment, compliance, and delivery excellence across a complex, multi-task-order federal IT programs.
