Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Financial Management Analyst to support the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) Resources and Analysis (R&A) Directorate. Candidates must have experience with acquisition and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes at the Department of War (DoW) or Service Component Headquarters level and using the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system. This role directly supports the Director for Resources and Analysis (SES). The successful candidate will serve as a SME for financial analysis as well as day-to-day operational support to the Director. This role focuses on executing all phases of the DoW PPBE process, and serving as an action officer and providing operational support to the R&A Director.
