Description SAIC is seeking a Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach located at Rock Island Arsenal in Illinois to support the First Army Mobilization Assistance Team Holistic Soldier Readiness (HSR) Program to oversee and support a comprehensive training program to ensure it meets strategic goals and delivers effective results for personnel. You will manage communication and mentorship across teams, help execute specialized training courses, assist with data collection for program evaluations, and support quality assurance through site visits and regular reporting. Additionally, you'll work closely with the program director to coordinate efforts and provide updates on progress to leadership.
