Description: The Facilities Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of building systems and equipment within a manufacturing or industrial facility. What You Will Be Doing Primary duties include inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; performing routine preventive‑maintenance tasks; responding to work‑order requests and equipment failures; maintaining accurate records in the CMMS; ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards; and participating in scheduled shutdowns, upgrades, and capital‑project support. Will also be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Lockheed Martin facility which will include, but not limited to, maintenance, moving furniture, assembling cubicles, cleaning & painting, assisting facilities with WO's and PM's, parts pick up.
