Description: Plans utilization of office space with requirements of organizational efficiency, and available facilities and funds. Plans, coordinates, and allocates office space for all locations. Develops and recommends long-range plans to meet future office space needs. Formulates, recommends, and ensures compliance with approved standards and policies relating to office space and furnishings. May provide liaison with owners of rented office space in matters relating to planning and execution of alterations/leasehold improvements, occupancy, and adherence to lease allowance and terms.
