THE WORK The Facilities Project Specialist role provides daily support for the Facilities Maintenance, Engineering and Occupancy planning teams. This role leverages procurement expertise, basic occupancy planning, and cutting-edge Excel capabilities to optimize space utilization, budget forecasting/tracking, and asset inventory. • Procurement - Prepare and/or assist with purchase requisitions (PRs), and track order status through receipt and invoice reconciliation.
