Description: You will be the Production Machinery Maintenance Engineer - Level 5 for the Facilities and Plant Engineering team which is responsible for coordinating labor, overhead, and capital investments in key production machinery. What You Will Be Doing As the Production Machinery Maintenance Engineer - Level 5 you will be responsible for driving reliability, efficiency, and continuous‑improvement initiatives across the plant’s equipment base. Your responsibilities will include: Plan and execute predictive, preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance to maximize machine uptime and protect production windows. Conduct operator failure and root‑cause analyses, develop training, and translate findings into actionable improvement plans. Implement Total Manufacturing Practices such as Clean As You Go (CAYGO) and convert them into verifiable eCards in partnership with Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering.
