Description: Define site LM Aero Facilities and Plant Engineering strategies and leases that support site/production readiness for the Marietta and satellite site population (~5,600 employees) and programs. Lead all Marietta Facilities Engineering and Plant Engineering, supporting all Aeronautics Satellite Sites (Johnstown PA, Clarksburg WV, Pinellas FL, Greenville SC, Meridian MS). Potential for leading other assigned enterprise positions or tasking. Provide executive support to the Aero Service Team to ensure they achieve site success with printing solutions and cafeteria services. Tactical day to day integration and operations of Facilities and Plant Engineering through the entire engineering life cycle of facilities. This position manages approximately 8 million square feet of facilities in support of Aeronautics' development, production, and sustainment programs.
