Description: OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY This classification requires to identify, evaluate, interpret, and document findings of Non-Destructive Test (NDT) results for structures, assemblies, systems, components, materials, and parts for compliance to applicable specifications and drawings. Perform required calibration and preventative maintenance (PM) of Non-Destructive Test support equipment. Knowledge of computer skills to perform work. WORK PERFORMED Independently set up, maintain, and operate the equipment and processes to perform inspection operations using visual, magnetic particle, and/or dye penetrant testing. Determine inspection method and appropriate inspection techniques based upon applicable and supporting documentation, drawings, and engineering provided information.
